Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Any pre-existing code, frameworks, or tools used remain the property of their respective owners.

Revisions and Changes

The number of revision rounds will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges. Major changes to project scope will require a revised agreement.

Confidentiality

We will treat all client information and project details as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to complete the project.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality work, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the websites/applications we create. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination
